Job Description
::
1. Planning and implementing sales related marketing strategy like Sales promotion & Launches etc For the Branch. 2. Responsible for developing distributor network and leading a team of qualified and energetic territory managers, accounts, logistics and service team. 3. Strength in sales management focusing on territory coverage, customer prospecting, sales team motivation and target setting. Deep knowledge of Key accounts management due to extensive dealings.



Candidate Profile

Setting targets for the area, devise and review action plan for distributors, field sales officers, territory executive & service engineers towards achievement of monthly / quarterly targets, formulating and implementing the marketing plan for the area and management of after sales support of the highest standard.
